1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website, making an inquiry, confirming a booking,
or making any payment, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions.
Booking confirmation and/or advance payment constitutes full acceptance of these terms.
2. Scope of Services
Makeup Reaction Studio provides professional makeup and styling services including:
- Bridal & Wedding Makeup
- Fashion & Editorial Makeup
- Runway & Portfolio Makeup
- Hairstyling & Draping Services
- Professional Makeup Masterclasses
Services are provided based on confirmed booking details.
Any additional services requested on-site may incur additional charges.
3. Booking & Payment Terms
All bookings require advance payment to secure the date.
- Dates are reserved only upon receipt of advance payment.
- Verbal confirmation does not secure booking.
- Remaining balance must be paid before or on the event day.
Makeup Reaction Studio reserves the right to decline service if full payment terms are not met.
4. Pricing & Advance Policy
Pricing is subject to service type, event scale, location,
travel requirements and customization.
- Advance payments are non-transferable without written approval.
- Prices are subject to change before booking confirmation.
- Special requests may incur additional charges.
All payments once made are governed by the cancellation and refund policy outlined below.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Due to the nature of event-based services and date blocking, all advance payments are non-refundable.
- If cancellation is made by the client, advance payment will not be refunded.
- If cancellation occurs within 30 days of the event, 100% of the total service fee may be applicable.
- No refunds will be issued for last-minute cancellations or no-shows.
Bridal dates are exclusively reserved and once blocked cannot be reassigned. Therefore, advance payments are strictly non-refundable.
6. Rescheduling Policy
Rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing.
- Rescheduling is subject to availability of the new requested date.
- If the new date is unavailable, the booking will be treated as cancellation.
- Only one rescheduling request may be permitted per booking.
7. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate event details at the time of booking.
- Inform us of any allergies or skin conditions in advance.
- Ensure timely availability at the event location.
- Provide appropriate lighting and seating arrangements for makeup application.
Makeup Reaction Studio shall not be responsible for delays caused by the client or third-party vendors.
8. Delays & Time Management
Service timelines are planned according to confirmed event schedules.
- Late arrival by the client may reduce service time.
- Delays caused by photography, wardrobe changes or external vendors are not the responsibility of Makeup Reaction Studio.
- Additional waiting time may incur extra charges.
9. Travel & Destination Weddings
For destination weddings and outstation bookings:
- Travel, accommodation and related expenses must be borne by the client.
- Travel schedules must be finalized at least 7 days prior to departure.
- Any changes in travel itinerary must be communicated in advance.
Travel-related payments once made are non-refundable and non-transferable.
10. Limitation of Liability
Makeup Reaction Studio provides professional services with industry-standard
hygiene and quality practices. However, individual skin types and
environmental conditions may affect results.
- Clients must disclose any allergies or medical conditions in advance.
- We are not responsible for allergic reactions due to undisclosed conditions.
- Makeup preferences are subjective and final approval must be given during the service.
Once services are completed and approved on-site, no refund claims shall be entertained based on aesthetic preference.
11. Hygiene & Product Disclaimer
All products used are professional-grade and sanitized regularly.
However, clients are responsible for informing us of sensitivities.
We reserve the right to refuse service if a health or safety risk is identified.
12. Photography & Portfolio Rights
Makeup Reaction Studio reserves the right to photograph and use
images or videos of completed work for portfolio, website,
social media and marketing purposes unless the client
specifically declines in writing prior to the event.
- We do not disclose personal contact details in marketing content.
- Client confidentiality is respected at all times.
13. Intellectual Property
All website content including text, images, logos and branding
elements are the intellectual property of Makeup Reaction Studio.
Unauthorized reproduction, copying or distribution is prohibited.
14. Force Majeure
Makeup Reaction Studio shall not be held liable for failure
to perform services due to circumstances beyond reasonable control,
including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- Government restrictions
- Pandemics or health emergencies
- Travel bans
- Political unrest
In such cases, rescheduling may be offered subject to availability.
15. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted
in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction
of courts located in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
